: We are seeking a Senior Client Servicing Manager with a minimum of four years of experience in the events industry to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our client servicing department, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving the successful execution of events. Responsibilities: 1. Client Relationship Management: - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and interaction. - Understand clients\' needs and objectives, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements. - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally. 2. Project Management: - Collaborate with internal teams such as event planning, operations, and creative to develop and execute event strategies that align with client objectives. - Oversee the end-to-end execution of events, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget. - Anticipate potential issues or challenges and proactively implement solutions to ensure seamless event delivery. 3. Proposal Development and Presentation: - Develop comprehensive event proposals and presentations, incorporating creative concepts, budget breakdowns, and timelines. - Present proposals to clients in a compelling and persuasive manner, articulating the value proposition and benefits of partnering with our agency. 4. Quality Assurance: - Maintain high standards of quality and excellence in all client interactions and deliverables. - Conduct post-event evaluations and gather feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Requirements: - Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field. - Minimum of four years of experience in client servicing or account management within the events industry. - Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and delivering exceptional service. - Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. - Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required during peak event periods. - Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
