Boch & Fernsh, a multidisciplinary creative agency based in Mumbai is looking for a dynamic and versatile Client Servicing Manager who will be able to shoulder projects / new initiatives from our clientsJob Location : Kanjurmarg, Mumbai
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
- Multifaceted professional with proficiency in handling more than one projects at a time from video production to branding.
- Should be able to give creative direction for the projects
- Ensuring that the requirements / deadlines of the client are met flawlessly
- Should be amazing in follow up with clients
- Attend project meetings
- Participate in company strategy meetings with clients
- Documentation of communication with clients on regular basis over email
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a client facing role
- Proactiveness
- A good eye for detail
- Inclination to have complete ownership of the project
- Time management skills
- Effective team handling skills
- Adaptable to work with co-workers
