Location : Noida(Sector-7) Salary : upto 5lpa Experience : 2-4 years Job description We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Servicing Manager to join our digital agency. As a Client Servicing Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding their business needs, and ensuring the successful delivery of digital marketing solutions. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the digital landscape, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in client servicing within the digital marketing industry. The individual must have delivered Emailers, Banners, Social Media Creatives, and Microsites. Responsibilities Effective in taking briefs and communicating the same to various teams to get the work done. Ensure appropriate quality throughout. Liaising as a bridge between the client and the Operations teams. Building strong, long-term client relationships and maintaining frequent contact. Setting strategies for your assigned customers, considering their specific requirements. Suggest, design, and implement print & digital projects. Keeping the client abreast with the progress at regular intervals. Address client queries effectively and in a timely manner. Ensuring timely deliverables at different project junctures. Eligibility: The candidate should be a graduate with 2-3 years of relevant experience. Knowledge of digital marketing and SEO will be an added advantage. Should have experience handling the creative needs for digital and print communications for reputed brands (Emailers, banners, social posts, marketing collaterals, branding units, etc. to name a few). Good leadership skills, sense of responsibility, and communication skills. Stable record of working in previous companies. Good logical reasoning skills. Eye for detail and capability to handle pressure and sustain under challenging times. Qualifications Bachelors/Masters/Diploma in Marketing/Management/Mass Communication.
