MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Responsibilities:
1. Order confirmation from Clients
2. Payment follow ups from client side
3. Coordination with HO personals related to branch requirements
4. Handling of retail customers as well existing customers
5. Dispatch monitoring
6. Providing service support to clients and resolving their issues/ concerns to attain a high degree of customer satisfaction and enhance retention.
Eligibility Criteria :-
a. Qualification: Any graduate / MBA
b. Work Experience: Preferable 1+ year
c. Good English communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
