Roles & Responsibilities
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Understand client business goals, brand guidelines, and marketing strategies.
• Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters.
• Coordinate with internal teams (creative, SEO, PPC, content, social media) to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Develop and present strategic marketing plans and proposals to clients.
• Analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and technologies to offer innovative solutions to clients.
• Prepare regular reports on account status and deliver performance updates to clients.
• Ensure clear communication of expectations and deliverables to both clients and internal teams.
• Facilitate client meetings, including kick-offs, updates, and presentations.
• Address client issues and complaints promptly and effectively.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services.
• Conduct regular client satisfaction surveys and implement feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Client Servicing Executive or Account Manager in a digital marketing agency or similar environment.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies (SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in using project management and CRM software.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.

Salary - 15k to 20k per month
