Position Overview: The Client Servicing Manager in our event company plays a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and successful execution of events. This position requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. The Client Servicing Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding client needs, and collaborating with various teams to deliver high-quality events. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their objectives, preferences, and expectations.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing regular updates on project progress. Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (creative, production, logistics, etc.) to ensure seamless execution of events according to client specifications.
Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring all milestones are met. Proposal Development:Work closely with the sales and creative teams to develop compelling event proposals tailored to meet client requirements.
Present proposals to clients, addressing queries and making necessary adjustments based on feedback. Budget Management: Prepare and manage event budgets in collaboration with the finance team.
Ensure cost-effective solutions while maintaining high-quality standards. Quality Assurance: Conduct regular checks to ensure that all aspects of the event meet or exceed client expectations.
Address any issues promptly and implement corrective actions as needed. Post-Event Evaluation: Gather feedback from clients post-event to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing the event\'s success and areas for enhancement. Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative working environment, ensuring effective communication and coordination among team members.
Provide guidance and support to the team to enhance overall performance. Qualifications:

  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in client servicing and project management within the events industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
