Job Overview:
The Operation Service Manager is responsible for overseeing and improving the day-to-day operational activities within the company, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows. They will be tasked with managing service delivery, coordinating with different departments, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage operational services to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Oversee service delivery processes to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with different departments (Accounts, customer service,AMc's etc.) to streamline operations.
• Implement and optimize operational strategies, procedures, and workflows.
• Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve service quality.
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks or issues.
• Manage relationships with clients, Amc's, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on operational performance.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and implement best practices.
