Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally. 4. Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions and services to clients. 5. Prepare regular reports and updates on account performance, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement. 6. Strive to continuously improve customer satisfaction and loyalty through proactive account management strategies. 7. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and strengthen relationships. 8. Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to understand their needs and objectives. 9. Develop and maintain account plans for key clients, identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account growth. 10. Prepare and present reports, proposals, and presentations to clients, showcasing the value of our services and solutions. 11. Monitor client satisfaction and loyalty metrics, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
