Job Description

We seek a motivated and detail-oriented Client Servicing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver high-quality marketing services. This is a target-driven role, with a focus on generating repeat business and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services. Achieve sales targets by generating repeat business and maintaining client satisfaction. Coordinate with internal teams (creative, digital, strategy) to ensure timely and effective delivery of services. Prepare and present reports, proposals, and presentations to clients. Address client queries and concerns promptly and professionally. Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with client expectations. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients.

Qualifications:

Master's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience in client servicing, account management, or a similar role in a marketing agency. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
