A client service executive's job is to build and maintain relationships with clients, providing excellent service and support:
• Client engagement : Understand client needs and concerns, and address them promptly
• Communication : Communicate clearly and concisely, and actively listen to clients
• Problem-solving : Address client issues efficiently, and find mutually beneficial solutions
• Project management : Manage client budgets, timelines, and expectations, and ensure projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations
• Reporting : Provide regular reports on campaign performance to clients and the team
