Role Overview: As a Client Servicing Executive/Senior Executive in Architectural Visualization, you will play a crucial role in our ArchViz vertical. You will work closely with clients to integrate our cutting-edge visualization solutions into their marketing and sales strategies. You will manage projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality deliverables that exceed client expectations. Your role involves collaborating with prestigious brands, understanding their needs, and transforming architectural concepts into engaging visual experiences.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Collaboration

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and visualization needs.
• Collaborate with clients to effectively incorporate architectural visualization into their strategic plans.

2. Project Management

• Manage project lifecycles from initial consultation to final delivery.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to meet project requirements and timelines.

3. Brand Partnerships

• Work with notable brands such as Hiranandani, Mahindra Lifestyle, Rustomjee, and Prestige, etc
• Identify opportunities to enhance brand value through innovative visualization solutions.

4. Creative Solutions

• Translate architectural concepts into visually compelling experiences using advanced visualization technology.
• Develop innovative solutions that boost customer engagement and sales.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to offer cutting-edge solutions.

5. Client-Centric Focus

• Provide exceptional client service, consistently exceeding expectations.
• Foster enduring relationships by delivering value and ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mass Media, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage client relationships effectively.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
