We're on the lookout for motivated individuals who are experienced and eager to pursue their careers as Client Service Executives and become an integral part of our dynamic team. As a Client Service Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded. This role requires excellent communication skills in English, as you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients and coordinating with internal teams to deliver high-quality digital marketing services.

Responsibilities:



Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and meetings.

Understand clients' business objectives and digital marketing needs, and collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored strategies and solutions.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, creative, and designing teams, to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Provide regular updates and reports to clients on the status and performance of their digital marketing campaigns.

Proactively identify opportunities to upsell additional services and solutions to existing clients.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing to provide informed recommendations to clients.

Requirements:



Bachelor's / Master's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.

Proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Previous experience in client servicing or customer-facing roles is a plus but not required.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms are preferred.
