Job Description

We are looking for a Junior Client and Employee Manager to support client relationships and employee coordination. This role involves assisting with client inquiries, managing employee schedules, and ensuring smooth communication between all parties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with client onboarding and relationship management.
• Address client and employee inquiries promptly.
• Coordinate employee schedules and assignments.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?5,560.86 - ?15,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

• Quarterly bonus

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
