We\xe2\x80\x99re seeking a full-time Digital Account Manager to manage client accounts and collaborate with various teams to execute digital campaigns. This is an on-site role located in Jaipur. Day-to-day activities include managing client relationships, overseeing campaign strategy and execution, monitoring and analyzing campaign performance, and providing regular reporting and insights to clients. Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-lasting client relationships through effective communication and understanding of client goals.
Project Coordination:
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
  • Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and resources to meet client objectives.
Client Communication:
  • Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates on project progress, address concerns, and gather feedback.
  • Act as a liaison between the client and internal teams to ensure clear communication and alignment.
Problem Resolution:
  • Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise during project execution.
  • Work with the client and internal teams to find effective solutions to meet project goals.
Client Retention and Upselling:
  • Identify opportunities for upselling additional services or products to existing clients.
  • Develop strategies to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, agreements, and project specifications.
  • Generate regular reports on project status, key performance indicators, and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in client servicing or account management, with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: 20,000.00 - 45,000.00 per month Schedule:
