We\xe2\x80\x99re seeking a full-time Digital Account Manager to manage client accounts and collaborate with various teams to execute digital campaigns. This is an on-site role located in Jaipur. Day-to-day activities include managing client relationships, overseeing campaign strategy and execution, monitoring and analyzing campaign performance, and providing regular reporting and insights to clients. The ideal candidate is adaptable and excels in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
• Build and nurture strong, long-lasting client relationships through effective communication and understanding of client goals.

Project Coordination:

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
• Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and resources to meet client objectives.

Client Communication:

• Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates on project progress, address concerns, and gather feedback.
• Act as a liaison between the client and internal teams to ensure clear communication and alignment.

Problem Resolution:

• Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise during project execution.
• Work with the client and internal teams to find effective solutions to meet project goals.

Client Retention and Upselling:

• Identify opportunities for upselling additional services or products to existing clients.
• Develop strategies to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, agreements, and project specifications.
• Generate regular reports on project status, key performance indicators, and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in client servicing or account management, with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: 20,000.00 - 45,000.00 per month Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Education:

• Bachelor\'s (Preferred)

Experience:

• Digital marketing: 2 years (Preferred)
