Event Planning & Execution:

Conduct venue visits, supplier coordination, and on-ground event management as needed.
Project & Budget Management:
Manage event budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
Track project progress, ensuring timely execution and client approvals at key milestones.
Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to get the best rates and services.
Sales & Business Development:
Identify new business opportunities and upsell services to existing clients.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and pitch decks for potential clients.
