Candidate must have experience working with US Clients.
Proven experience in client servicing or account management within an
advertising agency.:
As a Client Servicing professional in an advertising agency, your primary responsibility is to build and maintain strong relationships with clients while ensuring the successful execution of advertising campaigns. You will act as a bridge between the agency and the client, understanding their needs and expectations and translating them into actionable strategies for the creative and production teams.Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management:
-Establish and nurture positive relationships with clients.
-Regularly communicate with clients to understand their business objectives, marketing goals, and campaign requirements.2. Campaign Strategy and Planning:
-Collaborate with clients to develop effective advertising strategies.
-Work closely with internal teams (creative, media, production) to plan and execute campaigns that meet client objectives.3. Project Coordination:
-Coordinate and oversee the execution of advertising campaigns,
ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
-Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to facilitate smooth project workflow.4. Client Briefing and Feedback:
-Interpret client briefs and communicate them clearly to the creative and production teams.
-Gather client feedback and make necessary adjustments to campaigns to ensure client satisfaction.5. Budget Management:
-Work with clients to establish campaign budgets and ensure that projects are executed within the agreed-upon financial parameters.
-Provide clients with regular budget updates and recommendations.6. Market Research:
-Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to provide strategic insights to clients.
-Use market research to contribute to the development of effective advertising strategies.7. Problem Solving:
-Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients promptly and effectively.
-Proactively identify potential challenges and work to mitigate them before they impact the success of campaigns.8. Reporting and Analysis:
-Provide clients with regular reports on the performance of advertising campaigns.
-Analyze campaign results and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in client servicing or account management within an
  • advertising agency.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of advertising principles, market trends, and consumer behavior.
