Travrse Media is a creative digital marketing agency known for delivering innovative solutions in social media marketing, branding, and website design. We are expanding our team and looking for a dedicated and client-focused Account Manager to manage and grow client relationships.
Role Overview:
As a Key Account Manager at Travrse Media, you will be our client's primary point of contact, ensuring their needs are met and that our services exceed their expectations. You will manage client relationships, coordinate project delivery, and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services. A strong understanding of social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, GMB, and others, is essential to effectively manage and guide client strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and a deep understanding of client needs.
• Project Coordination: Work closely with creative, content, and technical teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations.
• Account Growth: Identify opportunities to expand client accounts by upselling and cross-selling additional services.
• Client Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to clients on project progress, performance metrics, and ROI.
• Social Media Expertise: Leverage your deep understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, GMB, etc.) to guide and enhance client strategies.
• Issue Resolution: Address any client concerns or issues promptly, ensuring a positive experience and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Market Insight: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to provide clients with the best strategic advice.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; a Master's degree is an advantage.
• Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role in the digital marketing industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing services, with a particular focus on social media platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, GMB, and others.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive, client-focused attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Experience Required
• 1-5 years of Experience in an Advertising Agency with a similar work profile is a must.
Immediate Joiners are preferred.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
