We have supplied carpets to Switzerland, Dubai, and Canada, and we are on a mission to reach out to the world.

Job Title : Client Servicing Executive (25K to 30K)

Location : Lower Parel, West

Working Days + Timing: Monday-Saturday + 9:30am to 6:30pm

:

• Sales and Account Management skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Experience in giving presentations to clients.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience in the textile or interior design industry is a plus.
• Dealing with HNI clients (Architects, Hoteliers, Corporate, Residential Projects etc.).
• Having Knowledge to use CRM will be an added advantage.

Ideal Candidate:

• Good at E-mail and spoken communication.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Does not need to be spoon-fed and has strategic skills.
• Proven client service success in managing multiple projects.
