We're looking for a dynamic and proactive

Client Servicing Executive

to join our events team. You'll be the bridge between our clients and the internal teams--responsible for understanding client needs, building relationships, and ensuring the seamless execution of campaigns and events from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring consistent and clear communication. Understand client requirements, event goals, and brand guidelines to deliver impactful experiences. Coordinate with internal departments (creative, production, operations) to ensure timely and efficient project execution. Prepare presentations, pitches, proposals, and post-event reports. Handle event-related documentation, budgeting, and approvals. Ensure client satisfaction and retention by providing exceptional service and attention to detail. Stay updated with event industry trends and competitor activities to suggest innovative ideas to clients.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Event Management, or a related field. 1-3 years of client servicing experience, preferably in events, advertising, or marketing agencies. Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure. Passion for events, brand experiences, and people-centric campaigns. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of design or project management tools is a plus.
