Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Client Servicing [Executive/Manager] to join our team. This role involves acting as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, addressing their needs, and fostering strong relationships to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for client communications and inquiries.
• Understand client needs, provide solutions, and ensure timely delivery of services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Manage client feedback and work on continuous improvement.



Requirements:Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or a similar role.

Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficient in making presentations.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• A customer-oriented attitude with a focus on building long-term relationships.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?11,788.53 - ?30,000.00 per month
