Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Servicing Executive. The Client Servicing Executive will be responsible for managing and building relationships with clients, preparing and delivering presentations, providing excellent customer service, training and providing overall guidance to the client service employees. The role requires the candidate to be located in Ahmedabad, India. Qualifications
- MBA / Bachelor\'s degree.
- Client Services, Client Relations, and Account Management skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands
- Experience in BTL marketing, digital marketing, and/or brand aesthetics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
- Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role in the marketing or advertising industry
- Day shift
