Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

• Client Communication : Act as the main point of contact between clients and the agency. Respond to client inquiries, address concerns, and manage expectations.
• Project Management : Coordinate with internal teams (creative, design, development, content, etc.) to ensure timely and quality delivery of digital marketing campaigns.
• Strategy Consultation : Work closely with clients to understand their business goals and digital marketing needs. Collaborate with the strategy team to develop customized marketing plans.
• Client Retention : Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.
• Budget & Timeline Management : Ensure campaigns are delivered within the agreed budgets and timelines.
• Feedback & Improvement : Gather client feedback and relay it to the internal teams for continuous improvement in service delivery.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
