Roles & Responsibilities Interacting with clients to understand their branding, digital marketing and design requirements. Communicating with clients at every stage of the project. Servicing clients and maintaining a good rapport with them. Identify, innovate and execute business ideas to improve service delivery. Research on industry & competitor trends to apply best practices to client portfolios. Understanding client goals/Objectives & their entire digital marketing needs including SEM, Display Advertising, Email Advertising, Affiliate Marketing & more Work with the internal team to drive campaign strategy & development Research & keep updated information about emerging online trends & best practices within the digital marketing industry To put together a clear-cut marketing/design brief for the benefit of both the client & our strategy, technology and creative team. Key skills: Sound understanding of Branding, Digital Marketing and E-commerce. Excellent communication, Client facing, Time Management, Interpersonal communication, Presentation Skills, strategic thinking.
