  • Proven experience in account management to effectively oversee and develop key client accounts while ensuring customer satisfaction. (Mandatory skill)
  • Exceptional communication skills to facilitate clear and efficient interaction between clients and internal teams. (Mandatory skill)
  • Ability to retain clients by strengthening relationships and providing value-added services. (Mandatory skill)
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management to maintain and enhance client engagement.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify issues and implement effective solutions that meet client needs.
  • Team leadership capabilities to guide, motivate, and manage project teams in delivering client solutions.
  • Experience in project management ensures that all client projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Skilled in negotiation to manage contracts, terms, and agreements beneficially for both the client and the company.
  • 2 years of international sales support or lead generation experience (Mandatory)
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of client needs to provide tailored solutions and achieve high client satisfaction rates.
