Company Description S3G Debt Management is a company based in Jaipur, that provides debt management solutions to companies. In today\'s business environment, it has become increasingly important to manage credit risks and ensure timely payments. S3G Debt Management provides services that help companies protect their accounts receivables, maintain better cash flows, and avail loans and credit lines. Role Description The Client Services Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts and providing excellent customer service. This is a full-time on-site role located in Jaipur. The Client Services Manager will be required to work closely with the debt management team and provide support to clients on a day-to-day basis. The manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and handling customer queries and complaints. The manager will also be required to analyze and report on client accounts and provide recommendations for improvement to the debt management team. Qualifications Strong analytical skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Experience in customer service and client services Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines Experience in debt management is a plus Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration or related field
