Internal Job Position: Client service Manager
We are looking for an Assistant Customer Executive to support our backend team in managing customer accounts. You will help plan and execute projects in ways that meet clients' needs.
In this role, you should be well-organized and adaptable. Attention to detail and communication skills are both essential. If you also have experience with project management and account service co-ordinator.
Your goal will be to ensure we provide excellent service to our customers.
Attend calls to provide information related to insurance policies and inform about any modifications in the policy to prospective as well as current clients.
Keep the customers well-informed and satisfied every time
Examine whether the necessary changes were made in to resolve the customer's problems.
Cancel accounts and inform customers about claim investigation results
Suggest improvements in packaging, products, service, shipping, procedures, or billing methods to avoid future problems.
Solicit sales of additional or new products and services.
Maintain strong customer relationships.
Keep customer transactions and interaction records including all the complaints, inquiries, comments, and actions performed.
Send emails, newsletters, and other correspondence forms to customers.
Offer price quote information to prospective clients.
If there is any claim Coordinate with the Insurer and resolve Claim positively for the Customer.
Having a sound knowledge of our Internal Software system for checking whether Brokerage is received on monthly basis and updating Claim Records.
Having an advanced knowledge of MS-EXCEL, POWER POINT, MS-WORD, and MIS.

Pay: ?8,669.48 - ?31,845.63 per month
