Key Responsibilities:
1. Communicate with clients effectively, both verbally and in writing, to understand their needs and provide solutions.
2. Utilize MS-Excel to analyze data and create reports for clients, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of information.
3. Implement email marketing campaigns to generate leads and engage with potential clients.
4. Conduct lead generation activities to identify new business opportunities and expand our client base.
5. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for client acquisition and retention.
6. Provide ongoing support to clients, address any issues or concerns, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to proactively identify opportunities for growth.
