Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Client Service Executive with a passion for digital marketing and exceptional communication skills. The ideal candidate will manage client accounts while also spearheading our social media management efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts, ensuring high-level customer satisfaction
• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across multiple platforms
• Create engaging content that aligns with client brand guidelines and marketing objectives
• Monitor and analyse social media performance metrics
• Manage client communications, including emails, calls, and meetings
• Prepare and present regular performance reports to clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated marketing solutions
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends and digital marketing techniques

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• 0-2 years of experience in client service or digital marketing
• Proven track record of social media management
• Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and YouTube)
• Strong analytical skills with experience in social media analytics tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in content creation
• Knowledge of social media scheduling and management tools
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
