What do we need from your end?

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their business needs and objectives.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing timely and professional communication.
  • Develop a deep understanding of 3.14 Mobile\'s products, services, and solutions to effectively articulate their value to clients.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and business reviews to assess satisfaction levels, address concerns, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Monitor client accounts, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare reports to demonstrate the value and impact of 3.14 Mobile\'s solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors\' activities to provide insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Handle any escalations or issues raised by clients, working closely with internal teams to resolve them promptly.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client accounts.
Who are you:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in client relationship management, freshers are welcomed.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders, including C-level executives.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
