We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused Client Relationship Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. As a key point of contact, the Client Relationship Executive will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure overall business success.
### Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and personalized service. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing timely solutions.
- Customer Support & Satisfaction : Actively monitor client satisfaction by gathering feedback and resolving any issues or challenges promptly. Proactively address potential concerns to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify Opportunities for Upselling & Cross-selling : Understand client needs and business objectives to identify opportunities for additional services or products that align with their goals.
- Account Management : Oversee the management of assigned client accounts, ensuring that all contractual obligations, deliverables, and deadlines are met. Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and execution.
- Client Onboarding & Training : Guide new clients through the onboarding process, providing product or service training and ensuring a smooth transition.
- Reporting & Documentation : Maintain detailed records of client interactions, feedback, and project status. Provide regular reports on account health, client performance, and areas for improvement to management.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams : Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment on client goals, expectations, and project timelines.
- Market & Product Knowledge : Stay up to date with industry trends, company products, and services to provide relevant insights and recommendations to clients.
### Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in client relationship management, customer service, or account management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle difficult client situations effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
