Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through effective communication and trust.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries via email, phone, or in person and resolve issues efficiently.
• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Understand client needs, provide tailored solutions, and recommend additional products or services.
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects or services.
• Monitor client accounts to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and feedback using CRM tools.
• Stay updated on company products, services, and industry trends to offer informed recommendations.
• Conduct regular client check-ins to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
• Support the sales team in achieving revenue targets by ensuring client retention and loyalty.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience in customer service, client servicing, or account management.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
• Exceptional listening and negotiation skills.
