Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Relations Executive at Icecube Events. The Client Relations Executive will be responsible for business relationship management, client relations, communication, relationship building, and account management. The role involves interacting with clients, managing relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of events.
Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key client accounts.
• Facilitate seamless onboarding for new clients , proactively engage through various activities.
• Concept development and visualization based on client requirements.
• Prepare and deliver proposal to potential clients.
• Oversee budget management and cost control to ensure they stay within budget.
• Escalate issues as needed and ensure follow-up until resolution.
• Gather client feedback to improve service delivery.
Qualifications
• Business Relationship Management, Client Relations, and Account Management skills
• Strong communication and relationship building abilities
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
• Experience in event management or related field is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
