Job Title: Client Service Representative
Job Summary:
FitClub is looking for a motivated and personable Client Service Representative to join our team! As the first point of contact for our members and potential clients, you will ensure a welcoming atmosphere, address client inquiries, and support our mission of promoting health and fitness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Engagement: Greet members and visitors with a friendly demeanor and provide excellent customer service.
• Membership Assistance: Assist clients with membership inquiries, renewals, upgrades, and cancellations.
• Problem Resolution: Address client concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues to management as necessary.
• Facility Management: Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area.
• Administrative Duties: Handle appointment scheduling, phone calls, and emails; maintain accurate client records.
• Sales Support: Promote and upsell memberships, classes, and merchandise; support marketing campaigns.
• Event Coordination: Assist with planning and promoting events, workshops, or fitness challenges.
Requirements:
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in fitness, hospitality, or retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and scheduling software.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for health and fitness is a plus.
