Job Title: Client Service Manager - Social Media Management
Job Summary:
The Client Service Manager acts as the primary liaison between clients and the social media team, ensuring client needs are clearly communicated and projects are delivered on time and to a high standard. This role involves managing client relationships, coordinating with the team, and driving successful social media campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Translate client goals into actionable tasks for the team and ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with the team to create and execute effective social media campaigns.
- Monitor progress, resolve roadblocks, and ensure quality standards are met.
- Provide regular updates, performance reports, and insights to clients.
Qualifications:
- Experience in client management or social media.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and tools.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to manage multiple projects.
