Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Zoho CRM - creation of lead, deals and proposals. Responsible for project and task workflow management on Zoho One.
• Update relevant information in relation to business operations on various modules of the ERP
• Monitor updation of information by the ERP users and generate reports for management insights and decision making
• Prepare periodical MIS reports as required
• Responsible for co-ordination between operations team, sales team and billing team for smooth process functioning.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience in relevant areas in ZOHO CRM/ Other CRM/ ERP
• Experience in ZOHO CRM, ZOHO Projects will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent interpersonal and team coordination skills
• Immediate Joiners Preferred
