Position: Zoho CRM and ERP Specialist

Location: Nungambakkam, Chennai

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage Zoho CRM including creation and management of leads, deals, and proposals.
• Oversee project and task workflow management on Zoho One.
• Update and maintain relevant business operation information across various ERP modules.
• Monitor and ensure accurate information updates by ERP users.
• Generate reports for management insights and decision-making.
• Prepare periodic MIS reports as required.
• Coordinate between operations, sales, and billing teams to ensure smooth process functioning.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience in Zoho CRM, other CRM, or ERP systems.
• Experience with Zoho CRM and Zoho Projects is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent team coordination skills.

Salary Package:

- Competitive salary package of 4,00,000 to 8,00,000 lakh per annum.
