Job Overview:
As a Client Service Intern, you will be an integral part of the client services team, helping to maintain strong client relationships, manage project details, and ensure the delivery of top-quality digital marketing services. You'll get hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of digital marketing, learning how to communicate with clients and coordinate with internal teams to ensure client success.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Communication: Act as a point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and requests in a timely manner.
Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating projects between clients and internal teams, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to the client's satisfaction.
Reporting: Help prepare and deliver performance reports (e.g., for social media, SEO, PPC campaigns) to clients, ensuring they understand key metrics and results.
Client Meetings: Attend client meetings (both virtual and in-person), take notes, and follow up on action items.
Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the client service team, such as scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and maintaining documentation.
Research: Assist in researching industry trends, competitors, and new marketing strategies to provide value-added insights to clients.
Problem-Solving: Support in identifying and resolving client issues by coordinating with relevant teams, ensuring a positive client experience.

Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with digital marketing tools is a plus.
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
