We pride ourselves on our creative approach and commitment to excellence. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Client Service Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into customers, and building strong relationships with clients over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products/services.
• Identify customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Maintain and update customer databases and records.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products/services.
• Follow up on leads and manage the sales process from start to finish.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance sales strategies.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts.

Qualifications:

• Proven 6 months to 1 year experience in telesales,client service or a similar sales role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
