As a Client Service Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships and ensuring the successful execution of corporate events. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, working closely with them to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions. Your ability to manage multiple projects, communicate effectively, and maintain a high level of professionalism will be key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and support
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Understand client needs and objectives, and communicate them effectively to internal teams
• Coordinate and manage all aspects of event planning and execution, including logistics, budgeting, and vendor management
• Ensure timely delivery of all event-related services and products
• Handle client inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and reports to clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of events
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to provide innovative solutions to clients

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in client service or account management, preferably in event management.
• Female candidates are required for this position.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
• High level of professionalism and attention to detail
