Candidates with 0 to 6 years of experience, particularly in medical billing or international customer service, will be preferred. Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels. Assist customers with billing inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions promptly. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction. Adhere to company policies and procedures while interacting with customers. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery. Requirements: Graduation degree or equivalent. Experience in medical billing or international customer service is advantageous. Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
