- Handle inbound and outbound calls to clients, prospects, and candidates for Manpower Services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and employees, providing them with timely support and guidance related to HR services.
- Actively cross-sell additional HR services to existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling based on client needs, and contributing to increased revenue streams.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, client information, and interactions within the CRM system.
- Stay updated on CP HR Services offerings and HR industry trends to answer queries and effectively provide accurate information to clients.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professionalism, problem-solving, and delivering on promises.
Required Skills

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of HR services and industry practices.
- Proficient in MS Office, CRM software, and other basic office tools.
