Client Servicing Job Overview:
As a Client Servicing Intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our client servicing team to support the execution of various advertising and branding campaigns. You will assist in maintaining positive client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and contributing to the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the client servicing team to understand client needs, objectives, and expectations. Assist in the preparation of client proposals, presentations, and reports.
? Coordinate internal resources and stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of client projects.
? Communicate effectively with clients to provide project updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns or inquiries.
? Assist in the development and implementation of advertising and branding strategies tailored to client objectives.
? Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support client campaigns and initiatives.
? Maintain organized project documentation, including meeting notes, client communications, and project timelines.
? Support the team with administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing client files.
? Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in advertising and branding.
Qualifications:
? Bachelor's or Master's degree program, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field.
? Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey information to clients and internal teams.
? Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
? Customer-focused mindset with a genuine interest in building positive client relationships.
? Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work and documentation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
? Previous experience in customer service, client relations, or related fields is a plus but not required.
