Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Order process on all marketplaces.

E-commerce Operations: Manage and maintain our e-commerce platforms, ensuring optimal performance, user experience, and functionality. Regularly keep update on the product listings, pricing, and promotions on the website to ensure accuracy and relevancy.

Online Sales and Conversion Optimization: Drive online sales growth through effective merchandising, promotional campaigns, and customer acquisition strategies. Continuously monitor and analyse website analytics to identify opportunities for conversion rate optimization and improved online sales performance.

Customer Experience Enhancement: Implement strategies to enhance the customer experience on our e-commerce platforms. Ensure a seamless and user-friendly navigation, smooth checkout process, and effective customer support and communication.

Inventory and Order Management: Coordinate with the inventory management team to ensure accurate stock availability on the e-commerce platforms. Monitor and manage online orders, including order processing, fulfilment, and returns.

E-commerce Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute e-commerce marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media promotions, and paid advertising. Leverage data and analytics to optimize marketing campaigns and maximize ROI.

Competitive Analysis: Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities in the e-commerce space. Conduct regular competitive analysis to identify areas of improvement and new opportunities for growth.

Overseeing the overall development of an organization's retail and income generating sites.

Evaluating legal disclaimer and website content to ensure that they are compliant, error and on brand.

Managing and executing promotional campaign, providing insight on customer shopping trend, ensuring excellent customer service and timely resolution of customer complaint and feedback.

Working closely with demand planning, merchandising and warehouse team to ensure the fulfilment of order on time

Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyse e-commerce performance metrics and generate regular reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales, conversion rates, website traffic, and customer behaviour. Utilize data insights to make data-driven decisions and recommendations.

Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, customer service, and IT, to ensure alignment and seamless execution of e-commerce strategies and initiatives. Collaborate with external partners, vendors, and agencies as needed.

Analysing and providing report on a weekly or monthly basis for each department, product or offer.

Managing the smooth functioning of different online e-commerce platforms of an online retail company.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
