Job Description

### : Client Service Executive

Responsibilities:

- Manage and update documents, spreadsheets, and presentations to ensure all client information is accurate and up-to-date.

- Allocate tasks to team members, track their progress, and ensure deadlines are met.

- Communicate with clients to obtain approvals, resolve any issues, and manage turnaround times (TAT).

- Maintain relevant tools and sheets with information from both team and client communications.

- Learn and adapt to new tools or software as needed to improve client service.

- Provide regular updates and reports on task status and project progress to clients and internal teams.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow and effective communication.

- Assist in preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Communications, or a related field.

- 1-2 years of office management experience is a plus.

- Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides, or Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new software and tools.

- Attention to detail and accuracy in updating records.

- Proven experience in task management and team coordination.

- Customer service or client-facing experience is a plus.

- Reliable, dependable, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

- Familiarity with project management tools like Taskade, ClickUp, Trello, or similar platforms.

- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and other client management tools.

- Experience in customer service or client-facing roles.

- Strong interpersonal skills.

- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility.

- Adaptable and willing to learn.

- Certification in project management or a related field is a plus.

- Knowledge of Google & Facebook Ads is a plus.
