As a Client Service Executive, you\'ll play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction and building strong relationships with our customers. Responsibilities:
- Be the main point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional customer service and assistance.
- Understand client needs and goals, and collaborate with internal teams to meet their requirements.
- Manage client inquiries, resolving issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to devise strategies for client retention and expansion.
- Prepare detailed reports and updates on client accounts for management review.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in client service or a similar role.
- Graduation or Postgraduation qualification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
