Job Summary:
We are seeking energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Client Service Associates for our Website Maintenance Services. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for existing and potential customers, helping them manage their website maintenance needs while cross-selling additional services, retaining them, and upgrading their plans. You will also participate in fresh sales outreach within a defined customer base.
This is a performance-based role where you will be responsible for achieving key performance targets, such as maintaining high client retention rates and generating revenue through fresh sales, up-selling, and cross-selling.
Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, a keen interest in technology, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.

Education: BCA, MCA, B. Tech, B.Sc. (Computer Science / IT)
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Engagement: Engage with clients via phone, email, or chat, ensuring they are satisfied with our website maintenance services.
• Plan Upgrades: Analyze customer needs and recommend upgrades or additional services such as security enhancements, performance optimization, or monthly website edits.
• Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell relevant website services such as domain management, hosting, security, or design updates.
• Client Retention: Achieve client retention targets by addressing any issues or concerns they may have proactively.
• Fresh Sales: Conduct fresh sales outreach to a limited target base, introducing potential clients to our website maintenance packages and closing sales to meet your targets.
• Client Education: Educate clients on the benefits of regular website maintenance and the importance of performance, security, and uptime.
• Reporting: Provide regular feedback and reports on customer interactions, sales performance, and client feedback.
• Collaboration: Work closely with technical and marketing teams to ensure clients receive high-quality service and that cross-functional strategies are aligned.
Key Skills & Competencies:
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi; ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
• Sales Orientation: Engage clients in conversations that lead to cross-sells, up-sells, and plan renewals, meeting performance targets.
• Customer-Centric: A passion for helping customers and resolving issues efficiently.
• Basic Technical Knowledge: Understanding of website maintenance concepts such as website speed, security, backups, and updates. Training will be provided.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to address client concerns and solve problems proactively.
• Relationship Building: Skill in building strong relationships and trust with clients.
• Self-Motivation & Initiative: Proactive in reaching out to clients and pushing for sales, upgrades, or renewals to meet performance goals.
• Time Management: Ability to handle multiple clients and sales tasks efficiently.
• Basic Understanding of Digital Services: Familiarity with website services such as hosting, SSL, CDN, security, and WordPress is a plus.
