: MIS and Reporting Associate (601) Quality Self Assessment Team is responsible for conducting post facto quality reviews for Client Service and Implementation Teams. This is an individual contributor role. Responsibilities include: Generating automated samples for reviews based on requirements Publishing dashboards, metrics for daily, weekly and monthly reporting / updates for our partners. Driving automation and data analytics Using analytical tools like Alteryx for sending email notifications/reminders Creating real time Tableau Dashboards Proactively engage to mitigate risk through continuous process improvement, root cause analysis, and collaboration with partners Qualifications Bachelor degree Working knowledge of SharePoint including creation of standard forms, and workflows Working Knowledge of ALTERYX, Business Objects, and Tableau Advanced PowerPoint & Excel skills (Pivots, Look Up, VBA) Logical, structured approach to planning, problem solving and decision-making Strong experience in eliciting, analyzing and implementing requirements Excellent time management skills Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and presentation skills Comfortable with a fluid business environment, changing job priorities, and working with people at a variety of levels with the ability to work independently and/or in a group Excellent follow-up skills Aptitude for learning new processes and technologies Aptitude and curiosity for developing automated solutions to solve business problems
