2.ROLE OBJECTIVETo demonstrate effective store management leading to good customer service & selling skills for the organization at store.3.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESSales Management - Responsible for achieving weekly and monthly store targets - Category wise targets - Responsible for achieving store KPIs Customer Service - Responsible for customer delight - Responsible for customer delight at store - Timely sending customer feedback form for Operation Analysis Inventory management & shrinkage - To ensure smooth inter-store stock transfers - Responsible for shrinkage controls of the store - Responsible for effective Internal & external audits. SOP Adherence - Adherence to compliances and guidelines. - Upkeep & Maintenance of the store as per SOP - Maintaining hygiene & Cleanliness in line with SOP. - Effective implementation VM & Display plan at store - Responsible for timely submission of reports as per SOP Marketing Initiatives - Coordinating with local vendor - Effective implementation of brand communication & marketing policies4.TYPICAL EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTSLevel Of Education GraduateExperience Luxury Retail Experience5.UNIQUE KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLSTECHNICAL SKILLS- Product Knowledge - Influencing skill: Communication & Presentation - Analytical skills- Well versed with computers.BEHAVIOURAL SKILLS- Leadership skills - Positive Attitude (ref:updazz.com)
