Job Type:Remote - Work from home.
  • Night Shift.
  • Timings:
  • 6.30 pm to 3.30 am IST during spring, summer & autumn. (Mar-Oct)
  • 7.30 pm to 4.30 am IST during winter. (Nov - Feb)
  • One-hour break between working hours.
:
  • Conduct scheduled Zoom calls with existing and new clients to explain standard requirements and gather critical information for file processing.
  • Keeping records of calls and information retrieved in a systematic order.
  • Updating Office Admin/HR/Case Managers throughout the day with clients updates, and inquiries.
  • Review documents, amend, and compose samples by paraphrasing to meet program requirements.
  • Send, and process emails.
  • Documentation process as per company standards.
  • Assisting in the overall process of immigration for clients via various portals.
  • Verification of document authenticity.
  • Verify experience & contract letters of clients in correlation to Canadian NOC codes.
  • Draft experience & contract letter samples for clients in correlation to Canadian NOC codes. (Must be able to paraphrase the duties)
  • Assist other office staff with various office duties.
  • Solve client queries via emails whenever required.
  • Review client files and do reviews with clients.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelors degree in any field.
  • Knowledge of MS Office, and One Drive.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Good listening and typing skills.
  • Ability to quickly paraphrase.
  • Strong people skills and ability to retain required client information.
Experience:
  • One year of minimum experience in video/audio calling with clients/customers for solving queries/complaints and assisting clients/customers in any field is preferred but not mandatory - Freshers can apply.
  • Knowledge of documents involved in immigration process would be considered an asset but will train the right individual.
  • One year of minimum experience in administrative works such as maintaining databases and recording entries accurately during calls and documentation is preferred but not mandatory.
Mandatory Requirements:
  • High-speed internet access so calls do not drop.
  • Own Laptop/PC with good backup in case of unexpected power cuts during a call and operations.
  • Dedicated workspace with professional background (visually and audibly - no background noises)
Pay rate:
  • INR 14,000/month with pay review as you progress.
