Leveraging the strength, scope and expertise of our global product network, Corporate Bankingis positioned as an essential partner to large and mid-market enterprises seeking to maximise their potential internationally, offering streamlined business access to HSBC\xe2\x80\x99s international network and broad range of market leading banking products and services.We are currently seeking a candidate to join Corporate Banking team in Mumbai to provide relationship support for the Local Corporate Portfolio \xe2\x80\x93 Real Estate Sector.Principal Responsibilities\xc2\xb7 Prepare quality new money and annual / interim review proposals including financial modelling in line with Real estate policies, procedures and guidelines within agreed deadlines for submission to the appropriate approval authorities and liase with internal stakeholders along with Relationship Manager for relevant approvals.\xc2\xb7 Diligence legal documents including contractual agreements, land related documentation and regulatory approval copies etc and identify potential risks related to financing the subject property.\xc2\xb7 Completion of security documentation including negotiation and execution of loan / facility agreement letters and other ancillary documentation within the stipulated timelines.\xc2\xb7 Liase with external parties including legal counsels, independent property consultants for documentation and valuation support.\xc2\xb7 Liase with clients for financial information, interim updates and completion of documentation with stipulated timelines. Ensure that all approval conditions are complied within the timelines syipulated.\xc2\xb7 To liaise with various internal departments (Risk, CDT OPS, GLCM, GTRF, GM etc) to ensure efficient servicing of corporate customers.\xc2\xb7 Ensure timely compliance with all FCC requirements for the portfolio.Co-ordinate with Internal Teams for ensuring account opening and KYC remediation\xe2\x80\x99s are completed on time.\xc2\xb7 Ensure implementation of all CRE audit and regulatory recommendations and constant monitoring/ review of the assigned portfolio including supporting RMs with managing RMTs.Requirements\xc2\xb7 Post -Graduate with credit writing and financial modelling experience\xc2\xb7 Strong analytical skills and ability to do financing modelling for new money deals\xc2\xb7 Ability to read long contractual agreements and identify areas of potential risk\xc2\xb7 Ability to work on fast turnarounds, tight deadlines & handle competing time bound priorities\xc2\xb7 Knowledge on Commercial Real Estate Sector in India (Good to have)Additional Information\xc2\xb7 Mandatory to successfully complete Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions training and post-course assessment, as required.Useful LinkLink to Careers Site: ClickYou\xe2\x80\x99ll achieve more when you join HSBC.HSBC is committed to building a culture where all employees are valued, respected and opinions count.
