Leveraging the strength, scope and expertise of our global product network, Corporate Bankingis positioned as an essential partner to large and mid-market enterprises seeking to maximise their potential internationally, offering streamlined business access to HSBCs international network and broad range of market leading banking products and services.We are currently seeking a candidate to join Corporate Banking team in Mumbai to provide relationship support for the Local Corporate Portfolio - Real Estate Sector.Principal Responsibilities\xc2\xb7 Prepare quality new money and annual / interim review proposals including financial modelling in line with Real estate policies, procedures and guidelines within agreed deadlines for submission to the appropriate approval authorities and liase with internal stakeholders along with Relationship Manager for relevant approvals.\xc2\xb7 Diligence legal documents including contractual agreements, land related documentation and regulatory approval copies etc and identify potential risks related to financing the subject property.\xc2\xb7 Completion of security documentation including negotiation and execution of loan / facility agreement letters and other ancillary documentation within the stipulated timelines.\xc2\xb7 Liase with external parties including legal counsels, independent property consultants for documentation and valuation support.\xc2\xb7 Liase with clients for financial information, interim updates and completion of documentation with stipulated timelines.
